that Mr, Wilson has foreoloaed the lien aeouring said notes and ie now the owner of the
land aeouring said notes which land was ease seed Sn the name of Guadalupe Hanoh Company
for 1936 at the value of $3865.00 amounting to a tar of $95.46, and it further appearing
to the Court that Mr.~Wileon has already paid one-half of the State and County taws
saeeaeed against said land and will in due time pay the remaining one-half plus all of
