issue and deliver u~o said A, L. Starkey a warrant on the Goun1'yy Treasurer Yor $175,00
against R. & B. ~1 Pund upon delivery of quit-claim deed to Kerr Gounty by Mr, Starkey
covering said desired right-ot-way,
