COUNTY OF KERB, ( Pursuant to the provisions of Seca, 32 and 33 of Article I, H, B, 99,
Acts oP the Second Called Session of the 44th Leg Selsture of Texas there is hereby ordered
an eleotion to ba held in Justice Precinct No. 4, of this oounty on the 29th day of February,
1936, for the purpose of voting on the question of "For the Sale of Liquor" and "Against the
Sale of Liquor".
Said eleotion shall be held on said date at the reeular voting places within the above
designated area, and the oi'ficera of election heretofore appointed by this Court on the 10th
day of February, 1936 and qualiPiad under the laws of tiiia State to hold elections at the
respective noting places in said Kerr County, Texas, be and they era hereby directed to
hold this eleotion. It ie further ordered that the Clerk of this Court shall post or cause
to be posted at least one (1) notice of this order in each voting precinct within the limits
of slid deaigtrated area for at least six (6) days prior to the af~oreeaid 29th day oY February,
