No, 1379, RESIGNATION OF MISS RUTH J/NE MOORS, COUH77 HEALTH NURSE.
This 11th day of May, 1936, came on to be considered by the Court the written resignati
of Mise Ruth Jane Moore, ae County Health Nurse of Kerr County together with the written
request of H, N, Barnett, M, D„ Director Local Health Sarvioe and Child Hygiene for the
State of Te=ea, asking for permission to replace Miea Moore with another registered County
Health nurse, and it appearing to the Court that Mise Moore is being promoted to adv ivory
nurse for the State Department of Health and that the~Coart~is pleased to accept her
resignation to enable her to serve the 3tata in such advanced position although bar release
will temporarily if not permanently impair the very eatiafactory public health aerviae which
Karr County has been enjoying for the past years under MSSe Moore's paraonal supervision
and administration,
Therefore, upon motion duly made, eeaondad and unanimously adopted, said resignation
of Hiss Moore be and is hereby accepted by the Court and permission ie hereby granted Dr,
H, N. Barnett to replace Misa Moore with another registered nurse for public health work
in Karr County, such new nurse shall draw same salary ae Misa Moore received and payable
Dy the Clerk andTrateurer of Kerr County as provided in the standing order of this Court
covering Mies Moore's contract with the County,
