It ie hereby ordered that the Lesae Contract with the Wm. K, Holt Machinery Company
Por the Stodel Forty Diesel, Ho. 3G-158 be and the same is hereby renewed or e2tended for a
period Of 12 months from Apr. 8th, 1936, upon the same rental terms as heretofore agreed
upon in original lease contract.

payment by the County Clerk in amounts ami out oY respective funds as shown by the Minutes
of Accounts plowed for Kerr County, which ere made a part of this order,

Fo, 1379, RESIGNATION OF MISS RUTH J1NE Li00RE, COUNTY HEALTH NURSE.
This 11th day of May, 1936, came on to be considered by the Court the written rasignati~
of Mise Ruth Jane Moors, as County Health Nurse of Kerr County together with the written
request of H, N. Barnett, M, D„ Director Local Health 3ervioa and Child Hygiene Yor the
State of Tezae, Baking for permission to replace Mies Moore with another registered County
Health aurae, and it appearing to the Court that M1ae Moore is being promoted to advisory
aurae Yor the State Department of Health and that thQ $oart~is pdeased to accept her
resignation to enable her to serve tk~e State in sash advanced goaition although her release
will temporarily iY not permanently impair the very satisYeatory public health service which
Kerr County has been enjoying for the past years under Miae Moores personal supervision
and administration.
The refora, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adapted, said resignation
of Mias Moore be and is hereby accepted by the Court and permission is hereby granted -r,
H. N. Barnett to replace MSsa Moore with another registered nurse for public health work
in Kerr County, such Haw Hares shall drew same salary as Misa rsoore received and payable
Dy the Clerk and Treasurer of Karr County as provided in the standing order oY this Court
severing ]Sias L[oore`s contract with the County,
