These 11th, 12th and 13th days of May, 1936, came on to be azamined by the Court the
various o]aims and saoounts filed against Kerr County and its respeativa Commiseionara~
preainote since last term of the Court, all of which aooaunta and claims were approved for
payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes
of Accounts Allowed for Karr County, which ere made a part of this order.

No, 1374, RESIGNATION OF M2S3 RUTH JANE 6i00RE, COUNTY HEALTH NURSE.
This 11th day of May, 1936, came on to be considered by the Court the written reeignati~
of Mise Ruth Jane Moore, as County Health Nurse of Ksrr County together with the written
request of H, N, Barnett, M, D., Director Local Health Service and Ghild Hygiene for the
Steto of Tazsa, asking for permission to replace Misa IDtoora with another registered County
flea lth nurse, and it appearing to the Courk that lSias Moore ie being promoted to advisory
nurse for the State Department of Health and that thtt~6op:rl~is glassed to accept her
resignation to enable her to serve the State in such advanced position although her release
will temporarily if not permanently imps it the vary satisfactory public health aerv ice which
Kerr County has been en toying Yor the past years under Misa Moore's personal supervision
and administration.
Therefore, upon mot lon duly made, eeao ndad and unanimous ly adopted, said resignation
oY Miea Moore ba and is hereby accepted by the Court and parmiaelon is hereby granted Dr,
H. N, Barnett to replace Miae Moore with another registered nurse Yor public health work
in Kerr County, such new nurse shall draw same ea]ary as Miss atoore received and payable
by the Clerk and Treasurer of Kerr County sa provided is the standing order oY this Court
covering 1Sias Moora's contract with the County.
