This 18th day of May, 1936, St appearing to the Court that it is to the beet interest
of the County that the monthly lease on the Relief cannery property Sn Kerrville, Tessa,
be renewed end the proposition presented !p the Court by H. •. Remeohel for himself and
H, Remeohel end J. B. Remechel should be accepted.
It ie therefore ordered by the Court that H, A, Remeohel be and Se hereby allowed
s monthly rental of X10,00, total ^e40,00 for the use of said property during the months
of De o, 1935 to March, 1936 inclusive, and beginning April 1st, 1936, ha ds allowed a
monthly rental of X20.00. Said rental for the first 4 months mentioned amounting to
X40,00 together with 1/2 of the rental aaoruing after April let, 1936, shall be applied
Dy Kerr County towards the payment of the State and County tazea owing on said relief
oanaary property and aezt to the $tata and County tasee owing oa the homestead property
of A. Remeohel. All oP sold rentals to be pald by the County Clerk by proper warrants
drawn against the General Dund, same payable monthly in advance. It is eapresaly
agreed however that the Court reserves the rift to terminate thls rental agreement at
any time upon 30 day's notiee to asid H. A, Remeohel.
