the Court having canvassed the returns of said Elect ion which ale of ion wsa ha ld accord ing to
Law, and it appearing that a majority oY 108 votes polled at said eleotion were oast "Age inat

each time as the qualified voters therein may hereafter at the legal eleotion held Yor such
