Schulze Yor permission to temporarily close the Schulze lane on N, E. side of Guadalupe
River by placing a fence across same, a~i it appearing to the Court that same should be
granted. Said application is therefore granted as prayed for by the Court, without ax;y
waiver whatever on the part of Kerr County of its rift and tit la in and to said public ro;
and said Herman Schulze did in open Court agree to remove said fence and re-open said road
at request of the Court at er4y time,
