Schulze for permission to tempoPeril,Y close the Schulze lane on N, E. side of Guadalupe
River by placing a Vence across same, affi it appearing to the Court that same should be
granted, Said application is therefore granted as prayed for by the Court, without ax~y
waiver whatever on the part of Kerr County of its rift and title in and to said public roe
and said Herman Schulze did in open Court agree to remove said fence and re-open said road
at request of the Court at any time.
