by the Sheriff under orders Yrom the grand fury of Kerr County end that by reason thereof
said Hughes is ant it led to tho refund asked for. Said application is therefore granted by
the Court and the County Clark shall issue and deliver unto Mr. Hughes a warrant for $49,95
against the Jury Fund to cover the full amount of said tea refund.

No, 1515, PETITION OF GEO. BEN30N AND 14 OTHERS FOH CHANGE IN NORTH FORK ROAD, PRECINCT ~4.
On this 14th day of December, 1986, Dame on to be considered by the Court the pat it ion
of Geo. Benson and 14 others asking that the Court grant the Following change in the route
end right of way of the North Fork road in Cammieaionera` precinct Ao. 4, to-wit:
Beginning on west Lank of what 1e YnowII ae the Corbelle crossing of the Guadalupe River,
thence in a straight lip to intersection with present road at a poixrt about 400 yards
from the beginning and at a point known as the Merritt Cattle Guard.
And it appearing to the Court that such ohs nge will eliminate a sharp curve in said road
and that such new right of way will be donated by James F. Moore, owner of said land and one
of petitlonera.
Thereupon, upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, said petition be and ie hereby
granted ae prayed for, and the Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 bo and is.hereby authorized
and directed to make such change in said road by next spring, all road work and the moving
of fences and other obstructions to be borne by his preeinot.
