On this 14th day of Daoember, 1986, dame on to be considered by the Court the petition
of Geo, Benson end 14 others asking that the Court grant the following change in the route
and right of way of the North Fork road in Commissioners' preoinot No, 4, to-wit:
Beginning on west bank of what is known as the Corbelle crossing of the Guadalupe Rimier,
thence in a straight line to intersection With present road at a point about 400 yards
from the beginning and at a point known as the Merritt Cattle Guard,
And it appearing to the Court that euoh change will eliminate a sharp curve in said road
and that euoh new right of way will be donated by James F, Moore, owner of said ]and and one
