since last term of the Court, all of which accounts end claims were approved Por payment by
the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed for Kerr County, whieh are made a part of this order,

This 11th day of January, 1937, Dame on to be eaamined by the Court the report of
Joe Burkett, Jr„ Juatiae of the Peace of Preoinot No, 1 of Kerr County, Tezas, for the
month of December, 1936, of criminal oases filed, fines, judgment and Jury fees colleatad,
showing sum of $51.20 collected a~ deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a
fee of $33,00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is correct, same be and ie
hereby approved, and the County Clerk shall pay unto duetice Burkett hie fee of X33,00 ea

the County of her raeidenae), each County paying the expenses incidental to its own regular
or special term of Court, said expenses to be paid by the Commissioners' Court of the County,
out of the General Fund of the County, upon the sworn statement of the reporter, approved
by the Judge,
