County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint three deputies for his general
office work, at a proposed salary not to exceed $3,300.00 in t'r,e aggregate, also the applica-
tion of E, H. Nichols, Assessor and Collector of Tazea for Kerr County, for authority to
appoint two deputies for his general office work, at a proposed aggregate salary of $3300.00,
and it appearing to the Court that both of said County officials are entitled to the deputies
