that the available funds now to the oredit of eeid Permanent School Fund should be invested
in t-o Kimble County b~ Road sad Bridge Refunding Bonds, dated January 1st, 1939, maturing
January let, 1954.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, aeoonded anb unanlmoualy adopted, it Se ordered by
the Court that the above mentioned two bonds of Kimble County be purchased for the use and
bane tit of the Permanent School Fund of Kerr County, with Sands now to its oredit, end th•
