Eckstein a suffioiant number of sash prisoners so as to maintain end operate euoh Prison
Gang at all times at the membership of 6 or more workers era]ading its guard.

This 9th day of Dteroh, 1939, it appearing to the Court that applicants, Eddie Boerner,
et, al., offer to donate unto gerr County the cam of =940.00 or more towerde the coat of
the oonetrnotioa of a law water bridge across the Gnadtlupe Rivsa oonnsoting the Chas. Lpelt
sad Eddie Boerner properties in Precinct Be. 3 of DCSrr Coaaty, and 14 eypeering to the beet
interest of the County and the ta= payers to be served by said bridge that said offer should
be accepted by the Court; therefore, sums be and is hereby accepted by the Court end Commis-
eionere ^m, Barger and D. D. Beard shall have avid bridge aenatrueted during the summer of
1937, the remainder of tho coat thereof after applying the X940,00 or more so donated, shall
be paid by Commissioners' preoin4ts Eos, Sand 3 plus end inelndina the oust of the road and
