opened, the following proceedings were had, to-wit:

This 14th day of June, 1937, after hearing the application of Co. Eng. Geo. H. Bradford
therefor, the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized end direoted to pay his monthly salary
et each regular Court day, namely the second Monday of each month, all ea otherwise provided
under this Court's minute No. 1623 passed at last regular term.

No. 1635, ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS AND ACGOUNS'S.
These 14th sad 15th days of June, 1937, came on to be ezemined by the Court the varloua
claims and accounts filed against Kerr County end its reapeotive Commisalonera' preainets
since last term oP the Court, all of which acoounta end claims were approved for payment by
the County Clerk 1n amounts end out of reapeotive funds ne shown by the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed for Kerr County, Tazas, whioh are made a pert of this order.

No. 1636, APPROVAL OF REPORT OF THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, Precinct No. 1 Por May, .1937.
This 14th day of June, 1937, came on to be ezemined by the Court the report of Joe Hurket
Jr., Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Tezes, for the month of May, 1937
of criminal cases filed, fines, fudgment and fury fees oollected, showing the sum of #37,Sb
oolleoted and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of #54.00, end it
appearing to the Court that said report is correct, same ba and Sa hereby approved, end the
County Clerk shell pay unto Juatioe Burkett his fee of ¢54.00 ae follows: #13.52 out of the
R. k H. fund end ~40.4H out of the General Fund.

No. 1637, APPORTIONMENT OF X10,000.00 R. do H. FUNDS.
This 14th day of June, 1937, be and it ie hereby ordered by the Court that the sum of
X10,000.00 of the unapportioned fund of the genez3l Road k Bridge Fund of Kerr County be and
is hereby apportioned end allotted among the four Commieaionere' preoinote of the County
ea follows:
To the road end bridge fund of Praoinat No. 1, 49~ or X4,950.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Preclaot No. 2, 9}~r or ~ 925.00,
To bhs road end bridge fund of Prealnot No. 3, ~ or # 925.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Precinot No. 4, 32~. or ~3,E00.00.
And same shell be credited to said reapeotive precinct funds by the County Clerk.
