opened, the following proceedings were had, to-wit:
No. 1634, CHAICE_IN SALARY PAYMENT DATE OF COIIN1'Y ENGINEER.
This 14th day of June, 1937, after hearing the appliaetion of Co. Sag. Ceo. H. Bradford
therefor, the County Clark ba and is hereby authorized and directed to pay his monthly salary
at each regular Court day, namely the second Monday of each month, ell sa otherwise provided
under this Court's minute No. 1623 passed at last regular term.

No. 1635, ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
Theae'14th and 15th days of June, 1937, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and acaounta filed against Kerr County and its reapeativa Commissioners' precincts
since lest term of the Court, all of which accounts and clsima were approved for pegment by
the County Clerk Sn amounts and out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed for Kerr County, Tezee, which are made a part of Chia order.

No. 1636, APPROVAL OF REPORT OF TAE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, Preclnot No. 1 for May, .1937.
This 14th day of June, 1937, came on to be examined by the Court the report of Jae
Jr., Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Texas, for the month of May, 1937
of criminal cases filed, fines, judgment and fury fees collected, showing the sum of 537.45
oolleotad end deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of #54.00, and it
appearing to the Court that said report is correct, same be and is hereby approved, and the
County Clerk shall pay unto Justice Burkett hie fee of 554.00 ea follows: #13.52 out of the
R. k H. fund and 540.48 out of the Cenerel Fund.

No. 1637, APPORTIONMENT OF SLO.000.OO R. & B. FUNDS.
This 14th deq of June, 1937, be and it is hereby ordered by the Court that the sum of
510,000.00 of the unapportioned fund of the geaerdl Road & Hridge Fund of Ksrr County be and
is hereby apportioned and allotted among the four Commissioners' preainate of the County
ea follows:
To the road cad bridge fund of preoiaot No. 1, 4996 or 54,950.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Preolaot No. 2, 9~˘ or 5 925.00,
To Dhe road and bridge fund of Precdnat No. 3, 9}5 or 5 925.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Precinct No. 4, 32',~i or 53,E00.00.
