at the Court House thereof, in the town of Kerrville, Tezae, officers present:

A. F. Moore, Sharlff and Jno. R. Leavell, County Clerk, and the Court having been regularly
opened, the following proceedings ware had, to-wit:
No. 1634, CHARGE.IN SALARY PAY1fENT DATE OF COIINiR ENGINEER.
This 14th day of June, 1937, after hearing the application of Co. Eng. Geo. H. Bradford
therefor, the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed to pay his monthly salary
at each regular Court day, namely the second Monday of each month, all as otherwise provided
under this Court's minute No. 1623 passed et last regular term.

No. 1835, ALLOWANCE OF CLAIMS AND ACGOUNfS.
These 14th and 15th days of June, 1937, came on to be ezemined by the Court the various
claims and accounts filed against $err County and its respective Commisaionera' preoinota
since lent term of the Court, ell of whiah acoounta and olaima were approved for payment by
the County Clerk in amounts end out of respective funds as shown by the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed for Kerr County, Tezae, which are made a part of this order.

No. 1838, APPROOAL OF REPORT OF THE JIISTICE OF THE PEACE, Precinct No. 1 for May, .1937.
Thia 14th day of June, 1937, came on to be ezemined by the Court the report of Joe
Jr., Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Tezss, for the month of Mey, 1937
of criminal cases filed, fines, judgment and fury foes oolleoted, ahoxing the sum of X37.55
oolleoted end deposited with the County Treeaurer, entitling him to a fee of ˘54.00, end it
appearing to the Court that said report Se correct, same be and is hereby approved, end the
County Clerk shall pay unto Justice Burkett hie fee of $54.00 as follows: X13.52 out of the
R. do H. fund and $40.48 out of the General Fund.

This 14th day of June, 1937, De and it Se hereby ordered by the Court that the sum of
X10,000.00 of the unapportioned fund of the general Road k Bridge Fund of Kerr County be and
is hereby apportioned end allotted among the four Commiasionera' preainote of the County
ea folloxa:
To the road end bridge fund of Preaiaot No. 1, 4996 or X4,950.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Preainot No. 2, 9}˘ or ~ 925.00,
To the road end bridge fund of Precinct No. 3, 9}',~e or ~ 925.00,
To the road effi bridge fund of Preainot No. 4, 32',6 or ~3,E00.00.
And same shall be credited to said respective precinct funds Dy the County Clerk.
