opened, the following proceedings ware had, to-wit:
No. 1634, CHASE-IN SALARY PAYMENP DATE OF COUNTY ENGINEER.
This 14th day of June, 1937, after hearing trio application of Co. Eng. Geo. H. Bradford
therefor, the County Clark be end is hereby authorized and directed to pay his monthly salary
at each regular Court day, namely the second Monday of each month, ell as otherwise provided
under this Court's minute No. 1623 pealed at last regular torm.

No. 1835, ALLGWANCE OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS.
Theae'14th and 15th days of June, 1937, came on to be ezamined by Lbe Court the various
claims and accounts filed against Karr County and its respective Commisaionera' preoincts
ainae last term of the Court, all of whioh acaounta and alaima were approved for payment by
the County Clerk Sn amounts and out of reapeotlve funds ae shown by the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed for Kerr County, Tease, whioh are made a part of this order.

No. 1638, APPROVAL OF REPORT OF THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, precinct No. 1 for May. .1937.
This 14th day of June, 1937, came on to De eaemined by the Court the caporL of Joe Burkat
Jr., Suatice of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, Tezss, for the month of May, 1937
of criminal cases filed, fines, judgment and ~urq fees oolleoted, ahoxing the sum of $37.85
oolleoted end deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him to a fee of $54.00, and it
appearing to the Court that said report ie correct, same ba and is hereby approved, end the
County Clerk shall pay unto Juatioe Burkett h1a fee of $54.00 ea follows: $13..52 out of the
R. k B. fund and $40.48 out of the General Fund.

This 14th day of Tune, 1937, be and it Se hereby ordered by the Court that the sum of
$10,000.00 of the uaapportioned fund of the ganerdl Road & Bridge Fund of Ksrr County be and
is hereby apportioned end allotted among the four Commleaioners' preainots of the County
ea follows:
To the road end bridge fund of Preclnat No. 1, 49]96 or $4,950.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Precinot No. 2, 9}96 or $ 925.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Yreoinot No. 3, 9}'~ or $ 925.00,
To the road and bridge fund of Preoinot No. 4, 32¢ or $3,200.00.
