No. 1665, AUTHORIZATION OF ANOTHER YEAR'S COUNTY PUBLIC SRALTH NURSING SERVICE.
Th1e 5th day of August, 1537, name on to be considered by the Court the requirements
imposed on Kerr County by the Stat.• Budget for period July let, 1837 to Julq let, 1535,
severing nursing aervioe, and it appearing to the Court that the assumption by the County
of $1260.00 oY said nursing eervlae azpenaes ee provided thereunder le in all respects
reasonable and aetiefeatory to the Court.
Said State budget 1n so far ae it covers said aervioe in Kerr County ie therefore
accepted and adopted by the Court, and the County Clerk be and Se hereby authorized end
dl reefed to pay the yt36p.00 annual eeah salary in 12 equal monthly inetallmenta of 4°30,00
eeah out of the General Fund, flame to be paid et end of eeah month's aervioe beginning
August let, 1537. And ell bills covering any part of said nurse's 600.00 annual travel
ellowanae or ~p300.00 annual contingent allowance shall be approved by this Court Yrom
time to time Yor payment thereof by the County Clerk out of the General Fund.
It being understood by the Court that said County Public Realth nursing service
is continued for another year as herein provided, under agreement wi4ithe trustees of the
Kerrville Independent School District, that Kerr County advance end pay Yor said service
Yrom month to month but that the whole expanse thereof be shared and paid Yor halt each
by the County and said School District, ax3 that said School District will on or before
July let, 1538, reimburse the County Yor its half oY said expanse so advanced.
