passed en order authorizing the issuance of X44,000.00 KERR COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE Ih1pROVE-
MENP WARRANTS to evidence the iadeb tednesa due W. W. Vann k Company, for the improving of
certain roads in said County, according to contract dated the 12th day oP May, 1937, between
said Company end Kerr County, said warrants to be delivered to said contractor on eatlmatea
as the work progresses, which order 1s recorded in Book I, pe ge 330 et seq., of the Minutes
oP ea id Court; and
WHEREAS, said contractor has presented its Warrant Eetimete No. Two, under said
contract, which is in worfls and iigurea as follows:

WHEREAS, the materiel furnished end the work performed under this contract, as
covered by said estimate, has been inspected by this Court end accepted as being in accord-
ance with said contract end the specificetione adopted by this Court; end
WHEREAS, said Warrant Estimate No. Two has been duly audited by the Commiasion-
era` Court and approved by it;
THEREFORE HE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED HY TAE COA'Il~dISSIONERS` COURT OF
KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
I.
That said Warrant Estimate No. Two, in the net sum of $12,709.97, be and the
same is hereby approved and allowed; that in accordance with said Contract, there shall be
executed end delivered to said Contractor, BERR COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT WARRANTS
for $12,000.00 of said Estimate, being Warrants Numbers 13 to 24, inclusive, aggregating
$12,000.00, of an issue of 44 warrants of the denomination of $1,000.00 sash, aggregating
$44,000.00, dated May 10, 1937, bearing interest at the rate of 5~ per annum, authorized to
be issued as the total contract price to be paid said contractor under said contract; and
that the County of Kerr has received full value and consideration for said Warrants Numbers
13 to 24, inclusive.
