Kerr County, Te as s, being in regular session at a regular term of said Court, the following
members present:

the following proceedings, among others, were had, to-wit:
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of Nay, 1937, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County
passed an order authorizing the issuance of X44,000.00 KERB COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE IMPROVE-
MENT 'NARRANTS to evidence the indebtedness due W. W. Venn & Company, for the improving of
certain roads in said County, according to contract dated the 12th day of t^.ay, 1937, between
said Company and Kerr County, said warrants to be delivered to said contractor on estimates
as the work progresses, whicp order is recorded in Book Z, page 330, et seq., of the Minutes
of said Court; and,
WHEREAS, said contractor has presented Its Warrant Estimate No. 3-3a, under
said contract, which is 1n words end figures as follows:
