~ WHEREAS, on the 12th day of May, 1937, the Commissioners' Court oP Kerr County
passed an order authorizing the issuance of $44,000.00 KERR COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE IMPROVE-
MENT WARRlSITS to evidence the indebtedness due W. W. Vann & Company, for the improving of
certain roads in said County, according to contract dated the 12th day of T1ay, 1937, between
said Company and Kerr County, said warrants to be delivered to said contractor on estimates
as the work progresses, which order is recorded in Book I, page 330, et seq., of the R".inutes
of said Court; and,
WHEREAS, said contractor has presented its Warrant Estimate No. 3-3a, under
said contract, which is in words and figures as follows:

executed and deli-vered to said Contraotor, Gfi}UNTY ROAD AND BRIDOE IkiPROVEMENT WARRANTS
for 112,000.00 of said Estimate, being WARRANTS NOS. 25 to 36, inalusi ve, aggregating
112,000.00, of an issue of 44 warrants of the denomination of 11,000.00 each, aggregating
144,000.00, dated May 10, 1937,, bearing inters at at the rate of S~peT annum, authorized to
be issued as the total contract price to be paid said contractor under said contract; and the
the County of Kerr has reoeived full value andaonside ration for Bald Warrants Numbers 25 to
