Thie loth day of September, 1937, came on to be inspeoted and examined by the Court
the 167 page Delinquent Tax Record of Kerr County, Texaa, containing ti930 lines, covering
all delin~ue nt taxes o~,cing the State and county in Kerr County, Texas, for the years 1519
Lo 1536 inclusive, prepared e:~d compiled as required by Articles 7321-73lL, Revised Civil
Statutes of 1925 and Senate Bill Ido. 407, Aats oP th@ 44th Legialat ure, and it appearing
to the Court after aeref ul examination of said delinquent tax record that same is true
and oorreat, and same be and is hereby in open Court approved in every re apect.
And it Purther appear Sng to the Court that the coat or prioe for compiling said
record in the sum of ,y^346.50 under the aantraot therefor awarded by i;, H. ilic hole,
flsaessor and Collector o3 taxes to Harry Crate, is fair and reasonable and said claim
in favor of Harry Crate for said amount be and is hereby allowed and approved, to be paid
by the County and State as provided by law..
