WHEREAS, on the 12th day of May, 1937, the Commiasioners~ Court of Kerr County
pe esed an order authorizing the issuance of $44,000.00 KERR COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE IMPROVE-
MENT WARRANTS to evidence the indebtedneea due W. W. Venn & Company, for the improving of
certain roads in said County, according to contract dated the 12th day oT May, 1937, between
said Company and Kerr County, said warrants to be delivered to Bald contractor on estimates
es the work progresses, which order Ss recorded in Hook I, page 330, et ae q., of the Minutes
of said Court; and, '
