On this 19th day of January, A. D. 1938, came to be Douai dored by trip Court the
proposition of Kerrville Realty Company acting by Mr. G. C. McCoy, offering to PAY unto
Kerr County the sum oS 100.00 Por a ten day option to purchase Kerr County's part of Lota
Nos. 1-2-3-4, Block No. 12, of Tivy Addition to Ke rrvSlle, in Kerr County, Texas, lying
between Water Street and State F?ighway No. 27 in Kerrville, Texas, for the price of
$2,500.00 in cash or for the price of $2750.00, '750.00 of which to be paid in cash
and balance of X2,000.00 payable according to Pour vendor's lien notes secures by said
property, each for 500.00, maturing on or be..°o re 1, 2, 3 and 4 years after their date,
and bearing interest from date until paid at rate of 6p gar annum, payable semi-annually
as it accrues; and,
It appearing to the Court that it is to the best In to rest of Kerr County and its tax
payers, that said prpyosit SOn be accepted by the Court and eaid property be sold accordingly. ~o Z
Therefore, upon motion duly made, aeoondad and unanimously adopted, eaid pr opoe pion "''
of Kerrville Realty Company hereflTabove mentioned, be and 1a hereby accepted by the Court, ~"
and receipt of said $100.00 forfeit money is hereby acknowledged, which shall be placed
to the credit of the Kerr County Lateral1Road Fund, and County Judge, John 3. Atkins be and
is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver unto said Kerrville Realty Company
or other person designated by said Company, proper deed conveying ^aid prdperty, for and
on behalf oI Karr County, upon the compliance of eaid 'Company or third party with the terms
of this option and sale within 10 days from this date, and in the event of the exercise of
said option the herein mentioned X100.00 forfeit-money payment shall be applied on purchase
price of eaid property, otherwise same shall b0~re talned by Kerr County as forfeit money.
