Whereupon, bhe Court on its motion, has decreed and ordered and does hereby degree a~
order that the above de scribed portion of said North Fork Road be and Se hereby abendone d,
diaoontinued and oloeed, and it is further ordered and decreed by the Court that the LStle
to such abandoned right-of-way be and is hereby divested ont of Ksrr County and vested
in Jimmie Moose, owner oY the land on ea oh sills thereof.
