order that the above deaoribed portion of aeid Horth Fork Road be and Se hereby abandoned,
discontinued end oloeed, and it Se further ordered and decreed by the Court that the title
to snob abandoned right-oY-way be and is hereby dive eted out oY Kerr County and vested
is Jimmie Moors, owner oY the ]and on ea oh side thereof.
