old North Bork Hoad eoroee the property of Jimmie Moore beginning 60 feet south of the
slab of Lhe CurDe llo oroaeing near mid Moore~e home and extending southerly about 200 yards
to driveway leading to Loyd Yerritt~e cottage, has been abandoned sad replaced by a new
end better road, and eeid old piece of road should therefore be closed end discontinued.
Whereupon, ohs Court on its motion, has de Breed and ordered and does hereby de ores and
order that the above deaoribed portion of said North Fork Hoad be and Se hereby abandoned,
discontinued and cloned, and it is further ordered and dearaed by the Court that the title
