held an the 30th day oY April, 1938, in Turtle Creek Common School District No. 6 of this
County upon the qua et ion oY "Whether or not the School Taz heretofore voted in ea id Diatriot
shall be increased Yrom ten cents on the ~1D0..00 ve luation of tazab le property in said
Dietrlot to twenty-five cents on the X100.00 valuation oY taxable property in said Diatriot"
for the purpose of supplementing the State Sohool Fund apportioned to said diatriot, and it
appearing that said Bleat ion was in all respects legally held and that said returns ware du]y
and legally made ana that there were east at said election 29 votes, of whioh number there
were cast;
