shall be hired end their services paid„Yor„atrietly according to auoh wage seals, sa follows:
For truoke oY not less than 1} cubic yard oapaaity and in good working
condition, ninety (90) Dents per hour,
For skilled labor, 30 seats to 50 aexrte per hour,
For common labor, 25 Dents per hour, and
