interest of the citizens of Kerr County and particularly the rea ideate of the pdditiona to be
served. Therefore upon motion duly made and asoonded and unanimously adopted it is ordered
for a period of 50 ears.

understanding that the City of Kerrville agrees to be responsible Por any and all damages to
the Ronda and Streets iavolvefl and to lay its water lines under the direotlon.of the
Commissioner of Preo Snot No. 1 of Kerr County, Teaas. The City of Kerrville further agrees
to be responsible for any and all flamages that may acct ue to any pr,4vate person or persons
P ty reason of the laying of said lines and absolves Kerr County of any and ell damages that
may ever arise by reason of the laying oP said lines. The City of Kerrville further agrees

No. 1932. RE-EMPyOYMENT OF IRVIN PARKS AS COURT BnOSE AND JAIL JANITOR.

rendered satisfactory service in the past as Courthouse and Jail cuatodlan for Kerr County,
whereupon, on motion made, sea onded and unanimously adopted, said Irvin Parks be and is here'
re-employed Por the current year, 1939, and his salary is hereby fized by the Court et the
sum of $70.00 per month. And the County Clerk be. and is he reby,authorized and directed to
issue and deliver unto said parks on or after the 15th and last days of each month beginning
Jan. 15, 1939, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the General Fund for the sum of
$35.00 covering his semi-monthly salary.
