to be responsible for any and all damages that may soorue to any private person or persona
by reason of the laying of said lines and absolves Kerr County of any and ell flamages that
may ever arise by reason of the laying oP said lines. The Citq of Kerrville further agrees
to lay all water lines in said Streets and Roed at a depth suffio lent not to interfere with

re-employed for the current year, 1939, and his ^alary is hereby fazed by the Court at the

sum of 870.00 per month. And the County Clerk be. and is he reby,authorized and directed to
issue end deliver unto said Parke on or after the 15th and last days of each month beginhing
Tan. 15, 1939, a warrant on the County Treasurer against the Ceaeral Fund for the sum of
