Jeokson is a competent end active physician oP $errv111e, Tezas, legally qualified to pre
medicine under the laws of the State of T&zas, and Ss in all respeots qualified to act as
County Health Officer in and for Kerr County, Tazsa; and, said Dr. John Dee Jeokson be and is
therefore appointed by the Court as County Health Officer of Kerr County, for a periofl of
two years or until his suacesaor is appointed and qualified, unless sooner removed from
office for aeuse, and said Dr. Jackson upon qualifying as required by law shall receive such
compensation for servioes actually rendered as this Court may allow from time to time.
