It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all District, County sad

And the County Clerk shall forward a certified Dopy of this order to the Comptroller of
Publio Accounts, Austin, Teaas, as direoted 1n the herein mentioned eat of the legislature.

This the 9th day of January, A. D. 1939, creme on to be ezemined by the Court the ofiicia
bonds of the following named offlcera, elaotad for Kerr County and its varlous preainta,
at the November Eleotion, 1938, and it appearing to the Court that cash and sll oP said bonds
are good and sufficient, and that each of said bonds should be approved by the Court.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seoonded and unanimously adopted, said bonds and each
of them be and are hereby approved by the Court, and each of said offiaers are hereby directs
to take the proper oath or omths of office as required by law, and all of said bonds shall be
recorded by the County Clerk in the proper record of his office, to-wit;

County of Kerr. ~ January Term, A. D. 1939.
On this 9th day of January, A. D. 1939, it appearing to the Court that Dr. John Dee
Jaokaon is a competent end active physician of Karrvllla, Tezas, legally qualified to pre
medicine under the laws of the State of Tezas, and is in all reapeots qualified to eat as
County Health Officer in and for Kerr County, Tease; and, said Dr. John Dee Jaokson be and is
therefore appointed by the Court as County Health Officer of Rerr County, for a period of
two years or until his suoaeasor is appointed and qualified, unless sooner removed from
office for cause, and Bald Dr. Jackson upon qualifying as required by law shall reoeive such
compensation for sarvioea actually rendered as this Court may allow from time to time.

This the 9th day of January, A. D.'1939, came on to be eaemiped by the Court Certiricat~
of Cancellation, Collectors Numbers 27, 20 and 29, presented to the Court by E. H. Nichols,
Tax Collector of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the reasons set out in said
Certificates for Cancellation of the taaes therein listed are good and sufficient, it 1a
therefore ordered by the Court that said certificates be granted and slgned by the County
Judge.
