Public Accounts, Austin, Teaas, as directed in the herein mentioned sot of the legislature.

On this 9th day of January, A. D. 1939, it appearing to the Court that Dr. John Dee
Jaakaon is a competent end active physician of Kerrville, Tezas, legally qualified to practic
medicine under the laws of the State of R'azaa, and is in ell respects qualified to act as
County Health Officer in and for Kerr County, Tezea; and, said Dr. John Dee Jackson be and is
therefore appointed by the Court as County Health Officer of Kerr County, for a perlofl of
two years or until his successor is appointed and qualified, unless sooner removed Prom
office for cause, and said Dr. Jackson upon qualifying as required by law shall receive such
compensation for services actually rendered as this Court may allow from time to time.
