On thla 16th day of February, 1939, it appearing to the Court that the office of Conata
in and for Juatloa's Preolnct No. One of Ra rr County, Teass, should be declared veannt and a
new oonat able appointed by the Court to fill the unexpired term of said off Sae.
Whereupon, oh motion duly made, aeoonded and unanimously adopted, be and it ie hereby
ordered by the Court that the office of Constable in and for Juatiae~s Prealnct No. 1 of
Rerr County shell be in all things aonaidered vacant, and that R. M. Rinse, being qualified
and desirous to serve out the unexpired term of said offioe, be and is hereby appointed by

N0. 1989. CONTINIIATION OF FOR BOUNTY FROM FEBRUARY 1ST, TO MAY let, 1939.
On thla the 16th day of February, 1939, it appearing to the Court that it will be to
the beat interest to the ranchmea, Tarmere and bus ineae people of Rerr County that the boz
bounty heretofore ordered paid by the County of Barr out of the Ge nerel Fund of said County
at 75j on each and every fox killed within the boundaries of Rerr County, should be continued
from the let day of February, 1939, to the let day of May, 1939, nub ~eot however to all
adjoining Counties agreeing to Soin Rerr County in the payment of ea id Bounty oa fozee killed
in their respective count See.
It Ss therefore ordered and deo reed by the Court that Rarr County shall pay out of its
General Fund a bounty of seventy-Siva cents (75j) on each and every foz killed within the
County between February let, 1939 to the let day of May, 1939, nub ~eot to all the adjoining
Counties agreeing to loin Kerr County Sa the payment of said Bounty on fozee killed in their
respective count ies, otherwise said bounty-of 75j is to be discontinued from and after May

e or fozee shall make affidavit as required in the order heretofore made by this Court at the
