north of 496 South San Antonio S. I. D. 45ohoolhouse Bonds, dated September let, 1934, and
X30,000.00 of 396 Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation Coupon Bonds, dated May 15, 1934, for the
Paithiul performance of the duties of County Depository during the neat two years, and it
appearing to the Court that said sec uric iee are nooeptable on such pledge oontract bond and
that same have been deposited by said Chea. Sahreiner Bank with the Frost National Bank of
inn Antonio, Teaas, for the benefit of Kerr County as shown by the reoeipt of said Frost
National Bank attached to said Pledge Contreat.
Therefore, uponmotion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said pledge oontract
aforesaid be and is hereby eaoapted and approved by the Court, end the County Clerk shall send
same to the State Comptroller for approval and thereafter same shall be recorded by the County
Clerk in the official Bond Record of Kerr County. And the County Clerk Ss authorized and
3lrected to return the forfeit check accompanying the bid of said Chae. Schreiner Bank Por the
County Depository, to Bald Bank upon approval of said pledge oontract and bond by the State
Comptroller.

the Court that sold Bonds are aaoeptable as aeourity for such school fund depository bond

1935, maturing Jan. 15, 1947, to secure all of the trust funds belonging to the County and
District Clerks of Kerr County for the next two gears, and it appearing to the Court that
