faithful performance of the duties of County Depository during the neat two years, and it
appearing to the Court that ea id sec uritiea are acceptable oa such pledge aontraot bond and
that same have been deposited by ea id Chea. Schreiner Bank with the Fro at National Bank of
San Antonio, Tease, for the benefit of Kerr County as shown by the raoeipt of said Front
National Beek attached to said Pledge contraot.
Therefore, uponmotion duly made, seconded end uaanlmouely adopted, said pledge contract
aforesaid be end is hereby saaepted and approved by the Court, and the County Clerk shall send
same to the State Comptroller for approval end thereafter same shell be reaorded by the County
Clerk in the official Bond Record of Kerr County. And the County Clerk Se authorized and
directed to return the forfeit check accompanying the bid of said Chsa. Schreiner Bank Por the
(County Depository, to said Bank upon approval of said pledge contract and bond by the State

its duties as Depository of all County School Funds of Kerr County, Teaaa, and it appearing to
the Court that said Bonds are aooaptable sa security for such school fund depository bond
and that said Bonds have bean deposited by Chsa. Sahreiner Bank with the Fro et National Bank
of San Antonio, for the benefit of Kerr County according to their receipt attached to original
pledge contract.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, second and unanimously adopted, said pledge contract
