Whereas, on the 1B th day of February, 1939, the Charles Sohrelner Bank, ~Unincopporated)
of Kerrville, Tezas, presented its bid to act ae County Depository oP Kerr County for the nee
two years and without payment oP interest on daily balances and without eery iae charge to
Kerr County, Tezas, and with the understanding that shy unnsoesaery bookkeeping now ae being
rendered by depository may be agreed upon between Commisaionera' Court and Depository is to
be eliminated, said bid including all funds depoeited with and held by it for Kerr County,
which 31d wsa the cola and ogly bid received by the Court sa County Depository of Kerr
County for ell County funds for the term of two years ending 60 days after adjournment of
' the regular February, 1941 term of this Court; and,
Whereas, said Charlse Sohrelner Aank hen furnished proper bonds 1n Lhe amounts fixed by
the Court as required by law and said bonds were approved by the Court on the 18th day of
February, 1939, end the County Depository bond for (50,000.00 was sent to the State Comptroll
for approval by him for the State of Teaas and a~_duplio ate-original of the bond of said Bank
'~ as County Depoa itory for school Punda of the County has been Bent to the State Department
~~of Education at Austin, Teaas, for filing in that off iae; now,
THEREFORE, said Charles Schre lner Beak, (Uhinoopporated) of Kerrville, Texas, be and
is hereby designated by the Court as the County Depoa itory oP Kerr County, Teaas, for ell
aounty and school funds of Kerr County and for all trust funds of the County and District
Clerks oP Kerr County, for the two year term herein mant ioaed, and it shall be the duty of
the Couhty Treasurer, County Taz Collector, County end District Clerks end all other county
sad precinct officara oP Kerr County receiving moneys belonging to any fund of Kerr County
