This the 18th day of February, 1939, came on to be heard the application oP Kerrville
Development end Loan Companq by Sts manager, John R. Furman, asking that Center Avenue in
Westland, Kerr County, Teaas, be oloaed from the S. E. aide of Luoile Street to the N. W.
aide of Milton Street, a dietanoe of 630 feat, and the Court niter hearing ea id applic atioa
ie of the opinion that same is well taken.
It is therefore ordered and decreed by the Court that Center Avenue in Westland Addition
to Kerrville, Kerr County, Teas s, be and the same ie hereby ordered oloaed from the S. E.
aide of Lucile Street tD the N. W. aide of Milton Street, s dlatanae of 530 feet.

COUNTY OF KERB. ~ In accordance with an order entered by the Commissioners Court of Rerr
County, Tezsa, on January 9th, 1939, recorded in Book I, Pege 429, of the Minutes of Lhe
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Teaas, the County of Rerr does hereby, grant to the
City of Kerrville, end its assignee, a franchise right and right-of-way at all times during
a period of fifty years from the date of ea id order, to oonatruct, extend, maintain and
operate, as wall as to do everything proper or necessary to the construction, eatenaion and
maintenanoe of water lines upon, under, eorosa the property hereinafter desoribed.
No. 1. All that strip of land out of Survey No. 113, in the name of Samuel Wallace,
being 50 feet in width, the center line of which begins at a point in the N. E. line of
Highwny No. 27, set 189 feet end 9 inches S. 38 degrees 55' E. from the interaeotion of said
highway line with the division line of the Seoor and Me%inley and the Mosty property. Thenoe
N. 45 degrees E. 2219 feet to the end oP this atxeet.
No. 2. Being a strip of land out of Survey No. 113, in the name of Samuel Wallace, 50 ,~
feet wide the center line of which begins at a point in the S. E. line of another 50 fodt
street described above, which point ie located 9. 38flegreea 55' E. 189 feet and 9 inches, N.
45 degrees E. 2194 feet, end 25 Peet 5. 45 degrees E. from the intersection of the N. E..line
of highway 27, with the property line of Seoor and MoKlnley and Harvey Moaty. Thenoe S. 45
degrees E. 570 feet 9 inahee to the N. W. end of the middls~~line of ^W^ Street in Oak Park
Addition.
No. 3. Being a strip of land, out oP Survey No. 113, in the name of Samuel Wallace,
lying along its east line, and being 26 feet in width, the oenter line of whioh begins at a
point in the N. E. line of highway 27, 13 feet N. 45 degrees W. from its interaeotion with
said Survey line. Thence N. 45 E. 2230 feet to the S. E. line of lest above desarlbed
streetway which Se an extension of the S. W. line of "W" Street in Oak Park Addition.
No. 4. All the streets and alloys in Oak Park Addition to Kerrville, Teaas, as shown by
plate and field notes are recorded in Vol. 42, Page 499, et. seq., and Vol. 45 page 596, et.~
seq., of the Deed Reoorda of Kerr County, Teaas, to which reference is hereby made for the
purpose of further description of said property, and in so far only ae Kerr County hea e
