does hereby absolve the County of Kerr of any and all damages end Law-suite in say Court
of Juriadiotion, that might ar lee Sa connection with the conatruotion, laying or maintenance
of said water line e.
(5) Said water lines to be ooaatruoted under the dSraoLion of a Registered Profesalonal
Engineer sad nocordiag to adopted atendard methods. The Commissioner of Preo innt No. 1 of
Rerr County, Tesas, or hie auooessora 1n office, shall be ooneulted by said City of Kerrville
before prooeedinga with the aonatruc tion of or laying of said water lines.
