This the 4th day of March, A. D. 1939, came on to be examined by the Court the official
bond of the below named offloer, appointed Por Constable of Precinct No. 1, of Kerr County,
Texas, at the February Term of the Regular Cemmiesionera~ Court, end it appearing to the
Court that said bond is good and sufficient, and that said bond should be approved by the
Court.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said bond be and the
same is hereby approved by the Court, and sa1II offiaar 1a hereby directed to take the proper
oath or onths of office as required by law, end slid bond shall be recorded by the County
Clerk in the proper reoorfl of his office, to-wit:

Constable of 8reainct No. 1, Kerr County, Teaas, for authority to appoint one deputy for his
general work, and it appearing to the Court that said Preoinot Offiaisl is entitled to the
deputy applied for, and hie application be and the same Sa hereby granted as prayed for.

The foregoing minutes on pages 441 and 422 hereof, were read in open Court and found
