This the 4th day of March, A. D. 1939, Dame on to be eaemined by the Court the official
bond of the below named oPf~.mer, appointed for Constable of Precinct No. 1, oP Kerr County,
Texas, at the February Term of the Regular Cammissionera' Court, and it appearing to the
Court that said bond is good and sufficient, and that said bond should be approved by the
Court.
Therefore, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, said bond be and the
same is hereby approved by the Court, and said officer ie hereby directed to take the proper
oath or oaths of office as required by law, and aAid bond shall be recorded by the County
Clerk in the proper record of his office, to-wit:

Fund of the County upon receipt of itemized statement or other proper evidence oY the coat of

report of Jno. R. Leavell, County Clerk for the month of February, 1939, showing an actual
and necessary expense of X199.82 iaourred by him in the conduct of hie office during said
month of February, 1939, and St appearing to the Court that said County Clerk Ss entitled to
the expenditure of all the items therein listed, said report be and is hereby approved for
its full amount by the Court.
