APPLICATION OF INGRAM CEMETERY ASSOCIATION FOR QUIT CLAIM DEED TO ROAD AROUND On this 13th day of Maroh, A. D. 1939, came on to be oonaidered the application of Ingram Cemetery Association for the execution and delivery to it by Kerr County, of a Suit-claim deed covering a strip of land from the present entrance of Niohola Cemetery around We at aide of Cemetery to old entrance, described as follows, to-wit: All the iollowing dasorloea tract or parcel oP land situated in the County of Kerr, State of Taxes, as follows: 1.25 acres oP land more or less, out of original Survey No. 126, in the name oP Rowland Nichols, being a strip of land thirty (30) feet wide lying wholly on the left aide of the following described line. Beginning at a point in the South line of that 1~} sore parcel of land known as the old Nichols Cemetery a description of which may be found of record in Vol. S, Page 493, Deed Reoords of . Kerr County, Texas, 163 Peet East Prom its S. W. corner. Thence Weat 183 Peet to the S. W. corner of same. Thence North 350 Peet to the N. W, corner of said 1} sore paroel and the ~S. W. corner oP that 2/3 acre parcel of land known ae the Niahole Family Cemetery Plot, a L. 0. 5' N. 31 W. 25 versa. Thence N. 16~ E. 200 Peet to its N. W. corner. It appearing to the Court that the above described strip land is of no further use to the County and that same should be quit-olaimed to ea id Ingram Cemetery Association. It Ss therefore ordered by the Court that County Judge, John S.
