for the month of February, 1939, of criminal Pees filed, fines, judgment and fury Peea collect
ed, showing the sum of $33.15 collected and deposited with the Cnunty Treasurer, entitling him
aoeording to said report to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be end is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Speckels the ea id sum of $21.00 sa follows;
$13.85 out oP the Road and Bridge Fund and $7.35 out of the General Fund.

On this 13th day of March, A. D. 1939, oame on to be oonaidered the applioation of Ingram
Cemetery Association Por the execution and delivery to it by Kerr County, of a quit-claim deed
covering a strip of land from the present entranoa of Niohola Cemetery around Weat aide of
Cemetery to old entranoŽ, described ea follows, to-wit: All the following described tract or
parcel of land situated in t}~e County of Kerr, State of Teaes, ea follows: 1.25 acres of land
more or leas, out oP original Survey No. 126, in the name of Rowland Niohola, being a strip
oY land thirty (30) feet wide lying wholly on the left aide of the following described line,
Beginning at a point in the South line of that 1~ sore parcel of land known ae the old Nichols
Cemetery a description of which may be found of record in Vol. S, Page 493, Deed Records of .
Kerr County, Texas, 163 feet Eaet Prom its S. W. corner. Thence West 183 feet to the S. W.
corner of same. Thence North 350 Peet to the N. W. corner of said 1} sore parcel and the
S. W, corner of that 2/3 acre parcel of land known as the Niohola Family Cemetery Plot, a L. 0.
5~ N. 31 W. 25 versa. Thence N. 16~ E. 200 feet to its N. W. corner. Thence N. 35} E. 226

thus desoribed is a pert of that 30 foot'strip found of reoord in Vol. 66, Page 417 of the
Deed Records of Kerr County, Teaes. It appearing to the Court that the above described strip
of land ie of no further use to the County end that same should be quit-olaimed to said
Ingram Cemetery Aaeooiation.
It ie therefore ordered by the Court that County Judge, John S. Atkins, eaecute and
deliver unto said Ingram Cemetery Assooiation on behalf of Kerr County, proper quit-claim deed
conveying the strip of. land herainebova mentioned anddeacribed, to be used as a public road
leading in and to and out of what is known ae the Niohola Cemetery.
