On this the 13th day of March, p. D. 1939, name on to be eaemined and audited by the
Court the report of Ed. W. Spaokals, Juetioe of the Peace of Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County,
for the month of February, 1939, of criminal fees filed, fines, judgment and fury Pees collect-
ed, showing the sum of $33.15 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
eoaording to said report to a fee of $21.00, end it appearing to the Court that said report is
norrect, same be end is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Justice Speckels the said sum of X21.00 as Follows:
ffi13.65 out of the Road and Bridge Fund end $7.35 out of the General Fund.

N0. 1990, APPLICATION OF INGRAM CEMETERY ASSOCIATION FOR QUIT CLAIM DEED TO ROAD AROUND
On this 13th day of Marsh, A. D. 1939, came on to ba oonaidered the application of Ingram
Cemetery Association for the execution and delivery to it by Karr County, of a quit-claim deed
covering a strip of land Prom the present entrance of Niohola Cemetery around West aide of
Cemetery to old entrance, described as follows, to-wit: All the following described tract or
parcel of land situated in the County of Kerr, State of Tessa, as Follows: 1.25 acres oP land
more or leas, out of original Survey No. 126, in the name of Rowland Nichols, being a strip
of land thirty (301 feet wide lying wholly on the left aide of the following described line,
Beginning at a point in the South line of that 1~ earn parcel of land known as the old Nichols
Cemetery a description of which may be found of record in Vol. S, Paga 493, Daed Records of .
Kerr County, Texas, 163 feet Eest from its S. W. corner. Thence Weat 163 feet to the S. W.
corner of same. Theme North 350 feet to the N. W. corner of ea id 1~ acre parcel and the
S. W. corner of that 2/3 acre parael of land known ae the Niohola Family Cemetery Plot, a L. 0
5` N. 31 W. 25 varas. Thenoa N. 16~ E. 200 Peet to its N. W. corner. Thence N. 35~ E. 226

land is of no further use to the County end that same should be quit-claimed to se id
Ingram Cemetery Aeaooiation.
It ie therefore ordered by the Court that County Judge, Sohn S. Atkins, eaecute and
iver unto said Ingram Cemetery Association on behalf oP Kerr County, proper quit-claim deed
conveying the strip oP. land hereinabova mentioned and described, to be used sa a public road
leading in and to and out of what Ss known ea the Niohola Cemetery.
