On this the 13th day of March, A. D. 1939, came on to be examined and audited by the ~'~
Court the report of Ed. W. Speokels, Justice of the Peace of Precinnt No. 1 of Kerr County,
for the month of February, 1.939, of criminal fees filed, fines, judgment and fury fees collect-
ed, showing the cum of X33.15 collected and deposited with the County Treasurer, entitling him
according to said report to a fee of $21.00, and it appearing to the Court that said report is
correct, same be end is hereby approved, and the County Clerk and County Treasurer are there-
fore authorized and directed to pay unto Sustice Speckels the said sum of X21.00 sa follows;
$13.65 out of the Road and Bridge Fund and $7.35 out of the General Fund.

1990, APPLICATION OF INGRAM CEMETERY ASSOCIATION FOR QUIT CLAIM DEED TO ROAD AROUND
On this 13th daq of March, A. D. 1939, came on to be considered the application of Ingram
Cemetery Aesooiation for the execution and delivery to it by Kerr County, of a quit-claim deed
covering a strip of land from the present entrance Of Niohole Cemetery around Weat aide of
Cemetery to old entrance, described ea follows, to-wit: All the following described tract or
parcel of land situated in the County oP Kerr, State of Taxes, as follows: 1.25 acres of land
more or leas, out of original Survey No. 126, 1n the name of Rowland Nichols, being a strip
of land thirty (30) Peet wide lying wholly on the left side of the following described line,
Beginning at a point in the South line of that 1~ acre parcel of land known ea the old Nichols
Cemetery a description of which may be Pouad of record in Vol. S, Pege 493, Deed Records of ,
Kerr County, Texas, 163 feet Eaet Prom its S. W. corner. Thenoa Weat 183 Peet to theS. W.
corner of same. Thence North 350 feet to the N. W. corner of ea id 1} ears parcel and the
S. W. corner of that 2/3 sore parcel of land known ea the Niohole Familq Cemetery Plot, a L.
5' N. 31 W. 25 versa. Thence N. 16} E. 200 feet to its N. W. corner. Thence N. 35} E. 226

thus described is a part oP that 30 Yoot'strip found of. record in Vol. 65, Page 417 of the
Deed Recarda of Rarr County, Texas. It appearing to the Court that the above described strip
of land is of no further use to the County and that same should be quit-claimed to said
Ingram Cemetery Aesooiation.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that County Judge, Sohn S. Atkins, eaecute and
deliver unto said Ingram Cemetery Association on behalf of Kerr County, proper quit-claim deed
conveging the strip of, land herainabove mentioned and described, to be used as a public road
Leading in and to and cut of whet is known ae the Niohole Cemetery.
