This 10th day of April, 1939, came on to be heard the contract between T. k N. 0. Ry.
Co., and G. Bohnert with reference Lo the water lice of acid Bohgprt whioh rune under the
tracks of said Railroad Company sad for whioh Commissioner's Preolnat No. 2 of Kerr County,
Tezas, agreed to pay the yearly rental in the sum of $1.00, and It appearing to the Court the
said sum of $1.00 is a fair and reasonable rental for said water line oontract. It is there-
fore ordered by the Court that the County Clark is hereby authorized to issue a warrant on th
County Treasurer for the sum of $1.00 to be paid out of R. & $. No. E in payment of the
above mentioned oontract.
